 EnCare, LLC. is a private organization providing developmental disabilities services. The organization is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. 

Our Mission Statement

Our mission at EnCare, LLC. is to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment. We strive for our establishment to be a place where residents can live with security, dignity, and peace of mind. 

Developmental Disability Services That We Provide

Services that we provide are individually planned and person centered. Services keep individuals actively involved in planning their lives and participating as active members of a community.

Community Residential Alternative (CRA)

Community Residential Alternative Services are targeted for participants who require intense levels of support. These services are a range of interventions with a particular focus on training and support in one or more of the following areas: eating and drinking, toileting, personal grooming and health care, dressing, communication, interpersonal relationships, mobility, home management, and use of leisure time.

      CRA Services include assistance with and/or training in activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, other personal hygiene, feeding, toileting, transferring, and other similar tasks. These services also include training and/or assistance in household care, such as meal preparation, clothes laundering, bed-making, housecleaning, simple home repair, yard care, and other similar tasks.

Community Access Group Services (CAG)

 

Community Access Group Services are designed to assist the participant in acquiring, retaining, or improving self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills required for active community participation and independent functioning outside the participant's home or family home.

 These services are interventions in the areas of social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development and may include training in areas of daily living skills (including leisure/recreation skills); communication training; mobility training; programming to reduce inappropriate and/or maladaptive behaviors; and training in the use of common community resources.

Community Living Services (CLS)

Community Living Services provide support for seniors, individuals who have physical disabilities, and/or people who have mental illnesses and require assistance in their homes. Services range from help with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping, to assisting with personal cares such as bathing, showering, toileting  and transferring. CLS staff provides supports in the individuals' home and in the community that focus on respect for the individual and their unique needs.
